Refund and Returns Policy

At All Pro Training Academy, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless coaching experience. Please review our refund and returns policy below:

  1. Refunds for Coaching Sessions:

    • Individual Coaching Sessions: There are no refunds for individual sessions, or any session where the customer is a no-show.
    • If any session (individual or part of a package) is canceled due to force majeure, customers are eligible for a make-up session.
  2. Refunds for Coaching Packages:

    • Customers can request a refund for any unused sessions from a package, minus a 25% fee applied to the total purchase amount. Refunds for packages must be requested within 14 days of purchase. After this 14-day period, no refunds will be given.
  3. Refund Method:

    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be completed.
  4. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

    • Sessions can be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. After that, no rescheduling or refunds will be provided.
